COMPANY HISTORY               

Roof Management Consultants, Inc. was formed in 1987.  Since that time Roof Management Consultants has developed a strong team of professionals whose skills are in design, development, evaluation and project management for commercial roofing, green roofs, plaza deck construction and re-construction and below-grade waterproofing.

Roof Management Consultants has inspected millions of square feet of roofing and managed more than $65 million in contracts. Our combined experience of over 115 years provides a solid base of knowledge for effective examination, evaluation, and management of our clients roofing and plaza deck assets.
